Return and Exchange Policy

At Marjan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return and exchange window
You can claim a return or exchange within 3 to 7 working days of receiving your parcel.

Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The issue must be genuine and verifiable, such as a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

How the process works
Contact us on WhatsApp at 0306 7697692 within the return window and share your order details along with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, send the parcel back to our address and share the courier slip with us. As soon as we receive and inspect the parcel, your refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned parcel reaches us and passes inspection. The amount is transferred to the account you provide.

Exchange
The exchange process is the same as returns. Once we receive the original item, the replacement is dispatched.

Return shipping
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the fault is on our side.
